Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

Refunds for the Certified Satcom Associate (CSA) exam are available only when requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled exam time.

Refunds requested within 48 hours of the exam cannot be processed due to administrative, scheduling, and proctoring commitments already in place.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You request the refund more than 48 hours before the scheduled exam time
  • Your exam has not started and no proctoring session has begun

You are not eligible for a refund if:

  • The exam is within the 48-hour window
  • You do not attend the scheduled session (no-show)
  • Your exam is terminated due to violation of proctoring rules
  • You experience technical issues caused by your own device or internet connection

3. Digital Study Materials

Upon registration, you receive immediate access to the Satcom Fundamentals Udemy course and the Satcom Training Manual (PDF).

Because these materials are delivered in a durable, non-revocable digital format, they are not refundable under any circumstances once accessed.

4. Rescheduling Instead of a Refund

If you cannot attend your exam, you may reschedule it for another date and time as long as the change is made more than 48 hours before the originally scheduled start time.

Rescheduling within 48 hours is not permitted and will result in a forfeited attempt.

5. How to Request a Refund

Please include your full name, the email address used during registration, and your scheduled exam date. Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days.

6. Payment Processing Fees

Stripe or Calendly processing fees may not be refundable depending on their policies at the time of your request.

SATCOM Certifications does not charge additional administrative fees for approved refunds.
